We are very competitive with our pricing, we don't have huge overheads with show homes and offices in town, not to mention the franchise fees. With large housing companies, these fees are all calculated into your building cost before you even put pencil on paper to design your house. We provide a comprehensive fixed price contract option, meaning financing runs smoothly and you're not caught short on the things other companies don't include as standard. 

At completion of the build we have great pleasure in providing a hassle free maintenance period for peace of mind and complete satisfaction.
